Admissions Procedures
Parents interested in enrolling their children at Heritage Christian School should first complete an Enrollment Application and a Student Information Form for each child enrolling. Once the application is received, parents will be contacted to participate in an initial interview. The initial interview takes place with the administrator for the purpose of conducting a brief orientation and general inquiry of the parents’ and student’s background and Christian testimony.

Following the initial interview parents are provided with an Admissions Packet including a Pastor’s Letter of Reference Request form, Student and Parent Covenant forms. A Final Interview is scheduled between the administrator, parents, board member, and the prospective student (grades 7-12 only) to review the Admissions Packet and to review the Parent/Student Handbook.

Following the Final Interview, parents and student(s) sign a Handbook Pledge of Support form and submit the forms included in the Admissions Packet. Final acceptance of student admission is provided by written notification.
