Board of Directors
Heritage Christian School operates as PIECE, Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation whose principal office is located at 4310 Durston Road, Bozeman, Montana. PIECE is an acronym for “Parents Involved in Effective Christian Education.”

PIECE, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors under the headship and leading of the Lord Jesus Christ through His word and prayer. By His guidance, the board establishes school policies and manages its general affairs. It acts as the overseer of the school mission and is its strategic decision-maker, formulating long-range policies whose fulfillment is delegated to the school administrator as are the day-to-day school operations.

The board of directors meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month, and most meetings are open to families, guests, and staff of Heritage Christian School. Agendas are typically posted at the school’s entrances two days prior to each meeting and are included in the school’s weekly newsletter or upon request. Persons wishing to place items on the agenda may request to do so by contacting the administrator or board president in writing at least seven days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting.
