Early Learning Center Tuition & Enrollment

FEE SCHEDULE
Fees are raised each September with a cost of living increase. Tuition is a set fee each month depending on the program and schedule of the child. Two weeks credit for sick and vacation and a deduction for the closed holidays has already
Early Learning Centerbeen factored into the child's tuition and deducted, so the monthly rate is a set rate regardless of whether the child attends or not. For explanation of the policy or to find out the current tuition fees, please feel free to contact the ELC at (406)587-9418.

All tuition is due in the office by the 15th of each month for that month, so it is due in advance. Any tuition payment after the 15th of the month results in a late payment charge. Upon enrolling in the program, there is a registration fee. This is an annual fee and assists us with insurance costs. If the child enters the program mid-year this fee is pro-rated. For the childcare center there is also a security deposit of two weeks tuition for each enrolled child. This is placed in the child's account and when the child gives notice for leaving the program it is credited to the child's account, leaving the parents owing only 2 weeks of the last month of attendance. Parents who have difficulty paying this upfront can set up a payment plan with the office for this amount.

The center's hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parents need to time their arrival at the end of the day to allow for gathering of belongings, etc so as not to detain a staff person beyond closing time. A late charge of $ 10.00 will be accessed for parents arriving after 6 p.m. and an additional $ 5.00 for every 15 minutes that the child is left beyond operating hours.

NEEDED SUPPLIES
We do ask that parents do help us with some basic supplies. This helps us keep our supply costs lower. Some suggestions for supplies are the following:

  • pencils
  • markers
  • glue (medium bottles)
  • glue sticks
  • watercolors
  • Kleenex
  • stickers for rewards
  • misc. art supplies

All children need an extra set of clothes in case of accidents or spills. Please label these and put them in a labeled Ziploc bag. For children going through toilet training at least two changes of clothes are a good idea.

All children are required to bring their own sunscreen and any over the counter medication they may need. All parents must fill out an OTC medication form to allow staff to put sunscreen, and use any other over the counter medication, including lip balm, for each child. The sunscreen and medications must be labeled with the child's name.

All children must bring their own water bottle, clearly labeled, especially during the summer months. Many classrooms do water play activities during the summer months, so many parents find it convenient to have extra swim wear left at the school with the child's name in it.

If your child is under 3 and they are not toilet trained yet, you will need to provide diapers and wipes in addition to any ointment they may need.

For children who nap here at the school, a small blanket (labeled with their name on it) is required. Sorry, we do not have space for any pillows.

Please label your child's outdoor clothing, mittens, boots and backpacks. It is extremely difficult for us to remember whose coats or snow pants are whose if they fall on the floor.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
If you are interested in enrolling your child, you will need to first contact us for an enrollment packet. The demand for the Early Learning Center has been high and currently we do have a waiting list in most classrooms. Call for information and/or to get on the waiting list and to receive the enrollment packet by mail, if desired.
