MaryLou Ihasz

My name is MaryLou Ihasz (ee-haws) and I am the Pre-Kinder/Kinder enrichment teacher! I am from Ridgefield Washington and am the 2nd youngest in a big happy family of 11. I have 6 brothers, 2 sisters, and am an aunt to 13 nieces and nephews. My family are some of my favorite people in the world!
In fall of 2021, I graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and minor in Early Childhood Education. In the years after college, I moved to Bozeman, worked as a substitute teacher, taught kindergarten for a year and now I am so excited to be teaching at Heritage!
I am passionate about teaching and I love to help students find joy in learning. I have faith that God has amazing things planned for our class this year!
