Re-Enrollment Procedures


Because you are part of the Heritage family, our assumption for next year is that you will be returning for the 2020-21 school year.  The enrollment process begins this week by completing the online re-enrollment.   Payment of registration, other fees, and tuition will continue to be made through the school office. To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb

To access ParentsWeb:  Please go to Our District Code is HCS-MT

  • Select Login from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the reenrollment packet.  The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

The completed enrollment and the payment of registration fees will ensure room for your child in their class if the classes become full.  The class sizes are limited to 16 for pre-kindergarten, 20 for kindergarten -second grade, 22 for third-sixth grade, and 24 for seventh-twelfth grade.  Classes with limited space are filled in the order outlined in the Parent/Student Handbooks.   Completed enrollment and registration fees for current students or newly enrolling siblings of current students must be submitted on or before March 25, 2019 for these preferences to be applied.
