Kate Johansen

Ms. Kate Johansen is our elementary STEM, PE and Computers teacher. She is originally from Underwood, MN and moved to Bozeman in 2022. She graduated from Valley City State University with her Bachelors in Elementary Education in May of 2025. She completed her student teaching here at HCS last spring. This is her first year teaching and she has loved getting to know all of the different elementary classes being an electives teacher. When she is not teaching she enjoys reading,spending time with family, and going on mini road trips to explore the beauty of Montana.
